If you want to update the theme, please make a full backup to all files and the database and follow this guide at point B => https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/
According to this message the folder already exists, you need to rename/delete that folder manually using FTP/cPanel, after that install the plugin from Newspaper plugins =>https://i.imgur.com/hDOGJCW.png -> https://www.hostpapa.com/knowledgebase/fix-destination-folder-already-exists-error-wordpress/
