Tagdiv Composer – Save isn't working and content editor isn't showing content

Hello,

All of the sudden, when I try to save content when editing in TagDiv Composer, the circle just spins and spins without confirming anything has saved. Also, when I open the Content Editor within TagDiv, the input box is blank and doesn’t show me the content to edit. Please advise!

Hi,

Please make sure that you have the latest theme version.

Please make sure that the theme system status is configured as mentioned in the requirements guide. Please follow the guide carefully

and please increase all requirements that are lower, and follow all steps.

If there still is a problem, and you are using mobile theme please deactivate it until you make the changes with TD Composer.
