The contact form submission do not have the function to view the submitted data from the backend? please enhance this.
and also, no customization feature on the email template sending to admin and customer?

Hello,
You need to create a custom post type to see there all the submitted contact forms.

Unfortunately, the email template is standard and cannot be customised.
