When I try to open the TagDiv editor for any template that is already registered in Cloud Templates (I downloaded Black Version Pro), the editor simply keeps loading and never opens the page for me to edit the templates.
When I open the home page and click to edit with TagDiv, it opens quickly and I edit without problems, but any other template does not load, it just keeps loading and never opens.
All the statuses are ok for the template.
How do I solve this?

Is this problem happening if you are using only tagDiv plugins?
Please make sure that all settings from our guide have been made – https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
If the problem still persist, please make a full backup and contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide temporary wp-admin and cPanel access.
