I’m working in a few different staging areas, in one of the staging sites the tagdiv editor shows up, in the other it doesn’t. I’ve deactivated all of my plugins, and still I’m running into this issue.
Trying to figure out what the issue is here…

If I import the content from a demo, the option shows up, but if I just import the demo without the stock content, then the option to edit does not show up. that is baffling.

Hi,
Once activated the composer should be displayed as an option to edit all pages. You could check the theme system status panel

Insufficient resources are the number one cause for theme or theme plugins issues.
