TagDiv only allows editing of half the homepage?

I am using the “Tech News” demo, and editing the homepage.

If I am on the homepage, I can click the “Edit with TD Composer” in the top bar, and am brought to the edit page. From there, I am able to edit the first few rows (about half the page), but anything below that, it won’t let me select.

This is my site: implicitlytyped.com

I specifically wan’t to remove everything from the “LATEST ARTICLES” section and below. It won’t let me.

I am also wondering, if I remove the latest articles, will they only disappear on the desktop site? I am hoping the mobile version won’t change.

Hello !

The latest articles option and related posts come from WordPress not from Newspaper Theme. You can disable it from here as you can see: https://www.screencast.com/t/uzXRgXTiHlH

Thank you !

Thanks for the reply! That did it.

I am wondering why the mobile site changes in looks. I tested this on Safari and Chrome on an iPhone X.

When I first go to the site, it looks very similar to how my desktop site looks, but then when I reload the page (usually once, sometimes twice), the page design changes and just shows the latest articles. How do I make it so that it always stays the same?

Hello !

The Mobile theme was specially designed for optimization on mobile devices. Unfortunately on mobile theme you cannot do much changes of design. If you want to have the same design as on desktop mode you can achieve that by simply disabling the mobile theme.

You will have to recreate your pages into the Mobile editor or completely disable the mobile theme. The mobile editor will not render shortcodes !

Also you can disable mobile theme on certain pages or posts by following this setting:

Please take a look here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/

Mobile theme plugin can be disabled from Newspaper Plugins as you can see here: https://www.screencast.com/t/LnkZCEVC

Thank you !
