I have the tagdiv Social Counter widget on my sidebar to show my FB, twitter and instagram users here: http://citysavvyluxembourg.com/ With instagram, it doesn’t seem to be pulling the actual number of followers (357) through: https://www.instagram.com/city_savvy_lux/.
Any ideas?

Please note that this is not a live widget. It will grab the latest info but it will only make a few requests per day to the server to keep requests to a minimum.

Thank you, but that can’t be the issue in this case. It was saying 287 followers for a bit and is now saying 0 followers! http://citysavvyluxembourg.com/ Any other ideas?

Please ensure that you are using the latest version of the Social Counter which come bundled wit the latest version of the theme (Social Counter 4.1), clear all your caches and test it again. Also, if your problem still remain there after this advice, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com with your log-in information (wp-admin) so we can further inspect your problem. Also, please provide the link of this topic so we can easily identify you.
