TagDiv social counter is not working with facebook.

I followed all steps mentioned in the setup guide https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-social-counter-tutorial/
but no success.

Newspaper: v8.7.2
tagDiv Social Counter: v4.2

PLEASE UPDATE THE THEME TO 8.8.2 via FTP way according to our documentation from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-ftp/
