tagDiv Social Counter not counting FB or Instagram and instagram footer broken

Hi there,

I am setting up a site ready to go live and the tagDiv Social Counter is showing FB and Instagram has having 0 fans/followers which is not right.

Also the instagram footer is only showing the name of the instagram account – not images.

I am on theme Newspaper version 9.0.1 and the theme plugins are updated.

Can anyone help at all?

Instagram footer is behaving now, the social counter is all working except the instagram count – can anyone help?

Hello,

Please make sure you use the latest version of the theme (9.0.1) for the Instagram to work properly. If you need to update, please use this guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/
