Hello tagDiv,
1. Unfortunately tagDiv social counter for Facebook & Instagram doesn’t work for us. The plugin doesn’t count just Facebook & Instagram, because Twitter and feed works great. on Click it redirects to our Facebook page, but nothing counts. Could you please verify if the plugin works now?

Hi,
The Facebook counter seems to work from what I can see, for Instagram widget and counter plugin issues caused by Instagram changing their code, there are solutions in this topic

Please try the mentioned solutions and there should be no more problems.
