[tagDiv social counter] update counter

Hello,

I went to create a Facebook page and Twitter account.
I added this 2 ID in tagDiv social counter.

So, i’d like my Facebook page and I’d follow the Twitter account by another user.

But counters are always to 0.

How is updated counters ?

Hello Julien,

Please make sure you use the latest version of the theme and the latest version of the social counter

If you already use the latest version, please make sure the correct social id is typed in the social counter settings: http://screencast.com/t/PTNnG6afCxI
You can also try to insert a different ID to see if followers are pulled. (for example ‘cocacola’)
Your Facebook and Twitter pages need to be public. If they are not, the plugin won’t be able to access your followers.
If all these conditions are met, you can try one more thing. Disable all your plugins except visual composer and see if it’s not a conflicting plugin that causes the issue.
