TagDiv Speed Booster incompatible with Akismet

Hello,

I had activate latest TagDiv Speed Booster, but it said Plugin Disabled, incompatible plugin detected: akismet/akismet.php

Why was incompatible with akismet??

Here is Screenshoot of my Newspaper system status :
