They knocked over our site, we already solved the problem with the duplication of the files.
what happened?
We urgently need to return to our website.
Warning messages about duplicity had already stopped.
what happened?
TagDiv can’t ‘take down your site …’ — TD theme is only a theme, it’s not your site manager, hosting company, or admin. Your site can break for various reasons:
a) using hacked theme found online, not legal copy
b) site hacked
c) automatic plugin update breaks site due to bug (Yoast, etc.)
d) hosting company updates system, breaks permissions for php or other such as removing content for legal infringement — nothing to do with theme
e) caching or CDN issue, which must be addressed from those platforms
f) third party element such as ad system or similar breaks, causing pages not to load — nothing to do with theme
Good first step;
a) check your error logs
b) check with your hosting company
c) check for console errors, or similar issues
d) scan site with Securi and other tools for possible hacking, etc.
Only you can manage and update, and keep your site online.
A theme cannot manage your website for you.
( I don’t work here; just some feedback. )
Thank you for your help.
But we were told by the Tagdiv team that this would happen.
We need an answer
Sorry. Did not know that. I apologize for butting in.
First time I’ve heard of that issue and I’ve been here 4 years now.
You may wish to email them directly for clarification. Clearly if they “warned” you not to do something, but then did, that might be the reason.
Apologies for my input.
No need to apologize, all help is welcome.
But I’m waiting for a response from the staff.
I also believe that Tagdiv does not do that.
But we followed the notifications and corrected the alleged problem.

Hi,
Please understand that we are not responsible for the issue with the website. We cannot access your website and place warnings such as the one you mention in this topic
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/template-is-nulled-site-is-fake/
Or in fact take the website off. That is not possible, you might have been hacked.
Please follow the suggestions from the topic and try to identify what exactly has caused the problem. There are detailed steps to take in case of malware or hacking, and clear the issue.
Then re-install WordPress, theme and theme plugins from the official theme package.
Contact your hosting provider as well and explain the situation, they could be able to help you as well if there is a server side problem.
Please let us know how it goes.
Thanks
