I have just bought Newspaper and am just getting to grips with the basics
My first real issue is when i select add element I can only see as far down as block 13 and can’t scroll down any further than that. So I can’t see anything else in the composer below.
I have a macbook air and I have tried safari, chrome and firefox
Any Ideas

In the tagDiv Composer, you need a scrolling device such as a mouse wheel, a touchpad, a touchscreen device. Any type of scrolling besides a software scrollbar.
You need a hardware scroll.

Hi Calin.
It seems Macbook Air’s trackpad does not default to 3finger drag option. You need to go into Apple preferences-> Trackpad -> enable three finger drag.
For other newbies – Things that I have come across so far: – localhost; Error 5000/can’t connect:
My old MAMP only had php version up to 5.1 so had to install new MAMP with php 7.XX
And had to change port number from 8888 to 80

The 500 errors problem in most cases is caused by low wp-memory or old php version.
Please make sure that all the settings are like in our requirements, please follow the guide carefully

and please increase all requirements that are lower, and follow all steps.
WP_MEMORY_LIMIT try to increase it at least to 256mb.
