TD Cloud Library Error – tdcIframeData.init() -> bindViewsModelsWrappers()

Hello,

I got an error when I first tried blank template using td cloud library, the panel won’t load or display nothing. Please take a look on http://prntscr.com/jryesk.
Also, when I tried to load one of the available templates, it won’t load at all. This looks like this http://prntscr.com/jryfrm for over an hour now.

I have followed this tutorial https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/ to increase all the parameters required before trying those above, but still no luck.

Any advice?

Hello wltrpnm,

Try to resave the permalinks and check the results after you have cleared all the caches.

I am having the same issue. I have re-saved the permalinks, deactivated and reactivated the tagdiv plugins, and I am not able to load a template. I keep getting the message that some of the images failed to load.
