Hello,

Make sure that your theme has correctly installed via FTP according to our documentation from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-ftp/ Also, check the System Status parameters to be increased according to our theme’s requirements guide from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-requirements-for-newsmag/

Thanks for your understanding!

Catalin,

Again, this was an internal server issue. My apologies! But the barrier I am at now is that I downloaded the update file and attempted to install the new td_composer folder but it states that it is still the out of date version. Any ideas?

Thank you!

Please disregard my last reply. It has successfully activated at this time. Thank you and sorry again.

Have a great day!

*IMPORTANT*
I cannot update the tagdiv composer on one of my sites. My other site updated fine but the other will not. Continues to say that it failed.
It was using the child theme and I saw where the child theme is outdated so I need some insight on this, please.

Thanks!

Hi,

You need to remove the old Td Composer plugin and update it from here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/FIqJD3Dq1uP

Most of the theme files were moved into the tagdiv composer plugin as per the requirements of Envato: https://help.author.envato.com/hc/en-us/articles/360000472383-WordPress-Theme-Requirements.
We wrote an article on the subject here: https://tagdiv.com/updating-the-core-of-tagdiv-themes/

Moving forward with such requirements, a child theme will only work with functions.php, and style.css, as there are very few files left in the main theme as Envato, requires all functionality to be added through plugins.

This is a consequence of the recent modifications to the location of theme files, due to Envato requirements. There is an article about it here – https://tagdiv.com/updating-the-core-of-tagdiv-themes/

Sorry for the inconvenience and thank you for understanding.
