Trying to use TD Composer to edit the Pulse Pro demo homepage. At some point, it “crashes.” Well, it works but the home page backend and front end slow waaaaaaay down – taking like 16 seconds to load. Lol. I get around it by restoring an earlier backup. I really don’t have the patience for this. ;o) What could be going wrong?
Also the theme “Welcome” page suggests that the TD plugins are “Outdated.” When you click “Install/Activate” it attempts but “Fails” to update. So I de-activated all the plugins then went to theme “plugin” page and updated them. It looked it updated fine. But the Welcome page still suggests that the plugins are outdated. Buggy.

and please increase all requirements that are lower, and follow all steps.
Usually this issue is related to a firewall or security module which blocks admin-ajax.php request. Please verify the console for error while saving the settings on the Theme Panel, usually it displays a 403 or 404 error, if you have these errors, you will have to contact your host and let them know that your admin-ajax.php is blocked either by firewall or the security settings.
If you don’t use a security plugin, please ask your host about this, maybe you have a security module which blocks this.
If you use a plugin like Wordfence please set it in learning mode.
