TD Composer not loading

I have created my starting page with TD Composer. Since some weeks the following problems occurs: I am logged in into my WordPress backend and want to edit the page via TD Composer. When trying to start the TD composer it won`t stop loading. The circle turns and turns and nothing happens.

Everything is up to date. Tested it in several browsers (Safari, Chrome) as well.

Hello,

If the theme version is 10.3.9.1, please make a test only with tagDiv plugins enabled and with the main theme (if you have the child theme select the parent theme). Also, make sure that all theme requirements are set like this guide => https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/

If the problem still persists you can make a test with Enable jQuery Migrate Helper plugin and try this option => https://www.screencast.com/t/WYlKJVLi. Clear all the caches (also the browser cache).

Hi Anamaria,

thanks for your reply. After trying all plugins nothing changed but finally with the jQuery Migrate Helper it seems to be working but it`s not possible to save any changes.

Can I buy a support ticket and is it possible to get it fixed by you?

Update 2.0: Shame on me. The theme was still on version 10.3 and not 10.3.9.1. I fixed this and finally: Everything seems to be working. Seems. Let`s see if it stays like this.
