We just recently purchased your Newspaper theme and we also activated it on the backend when trying to put it on our website. However, when we went to activate it the site crashed and it appears the issue is related to the “td-composer” plugin. We’ve also made sure all the server settings are correctly set and we’ve also already made sure everything mentioned within this article is correctly set ( https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-not-working/?fbclid=IwAR1Nmkzo4jiuKdwP291YdhdZmhmtTqPgdnJVisIwH-5kvmbZ9IRQ1BTRAqY ).
Is there any other thoughts your team might have as to why we’re not having success with getting any of your demo themes to properly load up.

Please make sure that all the requirements are met as you can see here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/ ; You will have to first start looking for a plugin conflict. Please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache(also from your browser) and try again.
Also you can try to remove and re-install the tagDiv Composer plugin.
