Hi,
I am in the process of building my website so it can not be visited/viewed.
The TD Composer opened in/through Word Press “had” been working fine for the past 5 hours.
Then about 30 minutes ago it stopped working. Meaning that when you click the TD Composer tab, it “no longer loads the composer”…the loading circle icon just continues to spin endlessly.
Trouble Shooting: (thus far)
1. My internet speed is fine, I can open all websites quickly.
2. My hosting company asked me to deactivate each plugin 1-by-1 to test if there was some sort of plugin conflict. I did that and the composer still will NOT load.
3. My hosting company also doubled my PHP Memory limits to 512, increased Execution Time from 30-60, and doubled my Max Input Vars to 2K-3K. Even with these increases/changes, the TD Composer still will NOT load.
My hosting company has asked if there is an ideal INI setting for TD Composer that they should set?
– If there is, and that option still does not work, what is the next solution?
– If there are no better settings than those currently in place, what can be done to make sure TD Composer is loading as it should, thanks?

Firstly please make sure that all the requirements are fully accomplished: https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/ , Also you can set the requirements even higher if you are looking to develop a bigger website. And also make sure that your cache is cleared. Also send us a link to your website in order to inspect.

Thanks for the feedback, I have cleared the cache in addition to the other steps mentioned but TD Composer still will not load. I can’t finish my website because the Composer is not loading…what can be done…since I’m building my site the link is not active so not sure how you can check it, please advise, thanks?

We managed to get the problem sorted with a temporary fix (using a plugin).
We got it to work by using the JQuery Migrate plugin…it mentioned that the Plugin Code was “Deprecated” on at least three (3) of my themes, they are the:
1. Newspapar Theme
2. TagDiv Composer plugin
3. TagDiv Cloud Library plugin
Is there a way to fix this problem, or will a planned update be released soon or do I just keep using the JQuery Migrate plugin for now?
