TD Composer works on some pages, not others

Hello!

Our website (www.kdqn.net) used TD Composer to edit several pages. All are accessible thru the editor, except one. When I attempt to edit this page, the editor never appears and I only get the grey screen with the endlessly spinning wheel. The host limitation has been raised but the issue is still persisting. I am at a loss of what the problem could be.

Also, a followup question/troubleshoot. I am only able to use TD Composter on WP Version 4.9.8. Any other version and I will get the endless spinning wheel. Is this a problem others are experiencing?

Hello,

The latest version of the theme(11.4) is tested with the latest version of WordPress(5.8.3). The latest version of the theme is 11.4, so if you want to update, before please make a full backup to all files and the database, in case something goes wrong => https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/

I recommend that you update the theme on a staging website and make sure that you have activated the tagDiv Standard pack plugin to keep the website’s look to see if the problem persists.
