i have problem with social counter also.. it shows 0 followers and links have # at the end ,like this instagram.com/username#

@baxxx First please follow this topic, Instagram made changes to their code, we provided temporary fixes in this topic

These fixes will be included in the next theme update. Then configure the counter properly and there will be no problem
