Hi,
why there is no Telegram and Mail in the list when I edit Top Bar social icons?

but I do can find them in Theme Panel >> Social Networks

This has been fixed in the newer version starting with Newspaper 10.3.1. In order ot update please follow our tutorial here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/
