I keep getting the following error every time I try to modify the “single post” page template:
I see that many others are experiencing this issue. I’ve sent an email to contact@tagdiv.com with all the admin login info. Please help ASAP as we need to put in banner ads inline and cannot access the area at all to do this.

In most of cases the below steps can fix this problem:
Please make sure that you do not have any plugin conflicts, please deactivate all non theme plugins, clear all cache and try again.

Please make sure that the theme system status is configured as mentioned in the requirements guide. Please follow the guide carefully

and please increase all requirements that are lower, and follow all steps;
