Template update curl problem

When I tried to update my 2 sites first time I’ve got this error – screen – https://prnt.sc/v0ske9
Downloading update from https://cloud.tagdiv.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/09/Newspaper.zip…
An error occurred while updating Newspaper: Download failed. cURL error 6: name lookup timed out

After 2nd, 3d time it was updated.
Does it mean, that it’s my problem or from your side?

WP bakery doesn’t go with Template update?
It shows me that my license doesn’t allow me to update.

Finally, I’ve updated new Template, but please explain, what should I do with WP Bakery?
After Template Update I’ve got – Version 6.2.0
Is it ok?
NewsPapert ver. = 10.3.7

After Template install – block all posts worked with empty Thumbnails (just here – https://prnt.sc/v0t322) – picture told me – go to Setting section to enable Thumbnail –

It was not before this update.

I’ve got 2 sites on the same server.
1 update done smoothly,
2nd with problem.

After new Template update all my logos were cleared in Template settings – https://prnt.sc/v1lxds

After Template update activation key was cleared – https://prnt.sc/v264c5

Right now I’ve got Newspaper V 10.3.7
What version of WP Bakery should I have with this version ?
Right now I have after Newspaper update 10.3.7 – Version 6.2.0 of WP Bakery
But it should have 6.4.1

I downloaded Theme from Themeforest – but there is no Plugin folder for WP Bakery -screen – https://prnt.sc/v2yfk8

🙁 Please explain where can I get fresh update?
