@Frédéric Bénot Please try what is suggested in the first page of this topic. A fix is provided which worked in all cases until now. This fix should stop the cloud templates from resetting.
I tried to gather as much feedback as possible from users with this problem and passed this to our developer team. They checked a few things and after testing the solution was found.
I believe something with the theme panel, the set cloud templates would not load properly after setting them. I managed to recreate the issue after for example logging out and then logging in, accessing the theme panel and simply make any modification in the theme panel then saving. The templates were reset.
Good to know the team figured it out. Also, the last theme update reset them too for me. Hope that the fix will address that too. Thanks a lot!
