how can I make the mobile home page look different so that it looks different than on the computer,

Hi,
If you want to have a different content on mobile on pages, then you can use the mobile theme plugin and set the content for the pages in mobile editor -> https://i.imgur.com/OF5HphC.png -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/ or if you want only to chnage the layout you can use tagDiv Composer and flex blocks -> https://i.imgur.com/dreZX9M.jpg -> https://i.imgur.com/RyfMc4u.png

No, Mobile Theme cannot be edited using a page builder.
