The color option will apply only for simple text, I see that you set there lists using li that it is what the code is not apply. Set a class on the list and add the css for it in the theme panel or use a column text or text with title, on those elements is used the wp-editor and you can set the colors on lists and all elements like in posts.

my company has a website check here: https://modernplasticsindia.com/ and this website is built on jnews(very stupid theme) with elementor it has 76 pages and more than 1000 posts which all data is very important.
I want to change the theme jnews to newspaper and elementor to tagDiv-composer without losing any data and style of website how I can do that please help me! and this website is not only a normal magazine website but also an e-commerce website.

This will not be easy, it will take a lot of work and even more calm. Also, the design is possible to look a little different.
What need to be done first is to learn how to use the Newspaper theme and try to recreate a small part from the website, for example a cloud template for posts or for categories (this can be apply for all posts and need to be edited only once), the problem will be on pages, where if you want to use tagDiv Composer, then you need to recreated all of them.

That’s exactly what I was thinking of creating 76 pages, it will take at least a month which I can’t give is there any other way?

I can not say for sure, but it is possible to work using those pages without need to rebuild them (and use elementor), but, for this I will suggest to make a staging and set there the Newspaper theme and also enable the elementor and check to see if the pages and the theme are working correctly. If there are no problems, then you’ll keep the pages using the elementor and you edit them only with that builder (use only one builder per page to avoid problems).
