Hi I installed this template on my site a few days ago and everything works fine except in the page builder the ” text column ” doesnt seem to want to work. It just shows a pop up box with the spinning waiting image. Can you help with this.. i have the same template different lic installed on the same server with no issue.

Most of the time when this element is not working the problem is from an untested plugin.
Please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv plugins (theme plugins), also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
Also make sure that all theme settings are as in our guide ->

and please increase all requirements that are lower, and follow all steps.

Yes I already did that. I disabled all plugins except the tagdiv plugins and it still had the same issue.
