I have a urgent problem. The text element is missing by TD composer. I can not build any page without this element. I started to test it on a clone with the same settings as in the live version. But after updating the theme to the last version on the website I do not see this element. It is gone. It sucks, since I have thousands of visitors every day and they see a weird website …
do you have any idea why it’s missing? or is it just a bug?
On the other hand TD composer is so slow…

We are sorry for your inconvenience !
It is mandatory to delete all what was left from the older version before intalling this update. Overwriting the files would cause a lot of problems and maybe you’ve missed something while deleting the old files. Have you checked the plugins to be deleted too?
Please make sure that all the settings are like in our requirements, please follow the guide carefully

and please increase all requirements that are lower, and follow all steps.
WP_MEMORY_LIMIT try to increase it at least to 256mb.

What do you mean by everything? Theme files and td composer files? Or also wp bakery should be deleted before the update??
I can not delete all the plugins! The website is build on them. Are you kidding me?

Sorry for confusing. Newspaper Theme and tagDiv Plugins. The settings will remain anyway because they are stored in the database. But first try and deactivate only WP Bakery and let me know how that went.

I build this page with tagdiv composer:
But after activating wp bakery, the icons got a little bit bigger and when I want to edit it with td composer, I see some weird code and can not edit it. I assume this are wp bakery elements.
I can not upload here a screenshot, so I can not show it to you.
I would actually delete wp bakery, but the problem is, I can not edit articles with td composer. So it make no sense.
In fact, I can not edit any page, without deactivating wp bakery. Is there any option to fix it?

Unfortunately there is no fix to this. You cannot use 2 pagebuilders on the same page. If you’ve created your page with tagdiv composer then you have to stick to the tagDiv Composer.
