Hi, the edit content doesnt’work, I can’t add any media or anything else because the button do nothing and if I write something when I save, all disappear.
I thinks depends on the new version of newspaper. How can I fix this?

First of all, try to do these steps as quickly as possible, so your visitors do not notice the process:
1. disable TagDiv Composer
2. uninstall(delete) TagDiv Composer
3. clear cache (if cache plugin exists)
4. install TagDiv Composer
5. activate TagDiv Composer
6. clear cache (if cache plugin exists)
Please try again to add media or write something and the images should appear in TagDiv Composer when you close the WP Editor window. I tested on my end in the latest version of the theme and it is working perfectly.
Also, please start looking for a plugin conflict, deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.

Yeah I have the same problem. For me the box doesn’t even load to input the text, and all my previous text cannot be edited. Need urgent change.
Don’t think this is a plugin problem as I did not add any new plugins and it was perfectly fine when I used it previously – it just broke after the latest Newspaper update. Please fix urgently.

All plugins are ok, because previously the latest update I don’t have this problem and I don’t have add any plugin after.

Please make sure your plugins also are up to date. I recommend you to make a backup and update plugins and the theme via file transfer, so that you don’t face any error: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/
The issue can be from a plugin conflict or security settings, that’s why, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache, check those server settings and try again.
