Hi, since a long time, every tie i want to edit my home page (ahoraroma.com) with the td composer i get the message: “The current content page hasn’t been created by TagDiv Composer!” and i can’t even see the content. All blank. How can i fix it?

“The current content hasn’t been created by TagDiv Composer” – that notice isn’t be the result of actual issues in most cases, that just notice that the last time that page was not saved using tagDiv Composer. If you can successfully edit the page then there is no problem, despite the message.

Well, the problem is that i CAN’T edit the page at all. You are right, long time ago i saved the page with my mobile, just changing the code. Now i can’t edit it at all. What can i do?

Please make sure that you do not have any conflict plugins, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv plugins (theme plugins), also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.

If the problem persists, make a full backup send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and include wp-admin, cPanel and the link of this thread. I will investigate the problem.
