I wanted to know how to go about eliminating this. Allowing text and images to load at the same time.
Furthermore, again during the loading phase, the green thread under the menu goes out from the edges well beyond the word “diritti” and then re-enters inside the edges.

Please check if this option is enabled “Drop menu items in More”, if yes please disable it from Header Main Menu-> General -> Drop menu items in More => https://www.screencast.com/t/atQU3lVxD and check the results.
