First of all please check the theme system status panel and this guide

Check if everything is set properly, if not ask your hosting provider to increase the allocated resources. Then check if the same happens.

Please try to deactivate all your plugins except theme plugins and try again. Check if the same happens.

If there is still a problem, try to switch if possible to a default WordPress theme and try again to a a new post. Also what PHP version are you using? Are you using any caching? try to disable it and clear the cache, try again after this.
