The page builder and block boxes are disappeared

when I edit the pages, I noticed that there are no page builder boxes. only htlm codes. please let me know how to resume those page builder boxes, or classic editing site.

Hello,

You could simply be in classic editing mode. Press the backend editor button to go back to the back-end editor like so: http://screencast.com/t/JEo8jc5kbSQ
If this option is not available please disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cnd files if you use it. Also make sure the page editing is checked in your plugin settings: http://screencast.com/t/ntQIGdDDTeZh

Hello,

Please reinstall your theme and disable all plugins. The theme is not properly installed on your site or you have a theme breaking conflict. Please disable ALL plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files. If the problem is still there, please install you theme again using this guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-ftp/
