hello i purchased the theme a couple of days ago and the theme do not look like it preview. I do not see even a single picture in the theme. Please i need help. The theme seems incomplete

Hello!
After activate the theme, you need to install a demo like this: https://forum.tagdiv.com/installing-demos/
There you can choose to import with content or not. If you choose a demo with content you can see it like in preview.
