My hompage on desktop looks fine, there are no problems but when I reach it from my mobile, the homepage doesn’t show the featured videos screenshot. Also, there are some codes which I already deleted.
Why is this happening?

That is the placeholder thumbnail that is loaded when there is no featured image or video set for posts

In this case please check if the posts actually have featured videos set.

Yes, the problem is that, I’ve written the featured video’s link, I can see it when I connect from Google Chrome but not when I reach from Safari. I didn’t embed any codes, just using the “featured video” text box. Any other recommendations where I should check?

For me while checking with Google Chrome the post appears with no thumbnail, I checked again

If a featured video is set as mentioned in the guide

Then when the post is updated/published thumbnails will be created from the video

Those thumbnails will then be displayed in modules

If I misunderstand the problem please correct me. I am not seeing a thumbnail while checking with Chrome or any browser.
