I recently purchased a new license for the Newspaper theme but I’m having trouble activating it.
I’ve tried both automatic and manual activation based on the instructions provided but I was unsuccessful.
I removed the previous license key that was used for the development copy and then replaced it with the new license key for the completed site.
For the automatic activation, when I try to save the new Envato purchase code, it appears to be activating but does not complete.
After 15 minutes, I refreshed the page and saw that the purchase code was not saved.
Next, I tried manual activation after requesting the tagDiv activation key but I’m experiencing the same issue.
It appears that the theme is not saving other changes too (example: change “About” information in the footer).
Please let me know what is causing this issue and how to resolve it.
