Theme activation nag screen local host

Hi, I have a copy of my site to work on in my localhost I keep getting a Theme activation nag screen how do I stop this?
On my X-theme I register my development site can I do that here?

Hello,

You will have to activate the theme in order to get rid of the message. Please use this guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/newspaper-6-how-to-activate-the-theme/
You ca use the same code in the localhost as well as the live site.
