Hi,

I suggest to disable all your plugins except Visual Composer and remove all your custom modifications added to the theme’s files and then check again if the issue persist.
Please try to update the theme to the latest version 7.5 – https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/
