I installed the theme, installed the wanted demo, then when I go to customize from my WordPress dashboard it shows me a page with the demo posts and everything, but when I actually try to see my page from like Incognito tab its just almost everything blank with few of my post and their full content, I really need help I don’t know how to solve this problem

I think you are not saving your changes before pressing the view button. The eye button in the page builder is not a preview button as you do not need a preview when editing live. You are already editing in a preview. The eye button will show the page in it;s final form. You have to save changes before otherwise you will not see any changes on the page itself.

I fixed this problem and thank you for your reply, but now I have a problem my mobile theme plugin is not working properly and activated it and it still shows the ordinary theme look not the Mobile Theme plugin look and the theme did not show my last post I don’t know why… It’s like the theme does not save any of my settings that I change or post that I make…

Now, do you have mobile theme activated on your website? First of all, please ensure that you are using the latest theme version installed via FTP way because this is the surest method in this regard. Install again the mobile theme and check the results. If the problem is still there, please let us know.

I had installed it, now I did it all over again and it just doesn’t work I really don’t know why… Sorry for taking your time but I do like the plugin and it was working but suddenly it just stopped and now I just can’t set it up again…

If you are using the Mobile theme and this will not work as properly, notice that issue happens due to WP Super Cache.
Try to refresh your page and check the results. Clear all your caches after this. Also, try to remove all the server caches and if you do not have any access to do this, you should consult the hosting provider and request this task.
Please notice that the mobile theme makes some troubles due to WP Super Cache plugin. Also, the WP Super Cache plugin is compatible with the mobile devices, but if you are using the Mobile Theme, please notice that you should make some changes for a better working. This could be a problem from wp super cache and not the browser. If you use the plugin, please use this method to fix the issue:
Use this link and add the customization as marked here: https://github.com/Automattic/wp-super-cache/pull/185/files
Edit wp-cache-phase1.php and add the green code from the right column as it shows there. Otherwise, if you do not want to make these changes you should simply disable the mobile theme until the WP Super Cache plugin will be updated.
