I just checked your website and seems you have an empty space is a block, but you need to check the block filter because this return no post => https://www.screencast.com/t/ymcsLDBf
Also, the images and menu looks fine on desktop => https://www.screencast.com/t/GsQNkAZM , but I saw for the mobile you use the mobile theme plugin, and you need to enable the thumbs from Theme Panel -> Block Settings -> Thumbs on modules/blocks => https://www.screencast.com/t/0kxFnONl9eyZ
