Newsmag is creating 22 copies of each image I upload in several different sizes. I know some sizes are needed for the different thumbnails for blocks, but is there a list of the sizes I absolutely have to have and is there a way to remove the others. I’m running out of disk space on my server. I searched the forum and looked in my functions.php file and the option is not there.

You should turn off the thumbs which are not used by you on the website. Please check here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/theme-thumbs/
