Hi, my website is ready to be published and on desktop and tablet it displays perfectly but not on a mobile phone, it shows the posts but it shows the default template without any changes I made, thumbnails also do not display. Any idea what could be wrong?

I just disabled the tagDiv Mobile Theme plugin and now my theme displays right on my mobile phone. Is this supposed to be the case? I thought this plugin should be enabled?

Hello, I also have the same problem with thumbs. But is not possible to disable my Mobile Theme.

I already searched and activated the mobile theme requirements of the thumbs “265×198” and “741×486” but my theme is not showing the images on the home page.

Hello !

By going in Theme Panel – Blocks Settings -Thumbs you will be able to see What sizes each block uses. By inspecting your website you will be able to see what blocks do you use. Then deactivate all the unused thumb sizes.

The Mobile theme was specially designed for optimization on mobile devices. Unfortunately on mobile theme you cannot do much changes of design. If you want to have the same design as on desktop mode you can achieve that by simply disabling the mobile theme.

You will have to recreate your pages into the Mobile editor or completely disable the mobile theme. The mobile editor will not render shortcodes !

Also you can disable mobile theme on certain pages or posts by following this setting:

Please take a look here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/

Mobile theme plugin can be disabled from Newspaper Plugins as you can see here: https://www.screencast.com/t/LnkZCEVC

Also please make sure that you clear your cache!

Thank you !
