I have two questions and i want page builder for page and post.
so my questions are
1. Is Elementor (page builder) compatible with this (newspaper) theme ?
2.How can i use theme function like making a button, text highlighting, after updating to wordpress 5.1

1. Unfortunately Elementor plugins is not tested with our theme, we have a spacial builder made for Newspaper theme ( tagDiv Composer ) and now you can do a lot more using tagDiv Cloud Library
