I recently purchased the news9paper theme and try to install with another theme that I already use (the website is up and I want to customize the New9paper theme first). However, I receive this respond when i try to live preview the theme – Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator, and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.
More information about this error may be available in the server error log.
I contacted the server support and they said it might be one of the plugins. Can you tell me what is the problem and if there is any plugin that makes the theme not working?

Please do not install the theme with another theme, if your theme is a prev version of newspaper please follow our guide for update -> https://tagdiv.com/update-newspaper-theme/
If is not a prev version of newspaper please make a fresh install -> https://tagdiv.com/how-to-install-newspaper-theme/
If there will still be a problem, please provide me some screenshots and some details about the problem you get.
Also please check the internet connection, and if you are using some plugins that was not tested with our theme, please deactivate theme until you make the update/installation.

I first uploaded the themeforest….zip file, maybe that created the problem (although I did manage to upload the new theme but could not customize it). Anyway, I try to find the newspaper.zip file but I can’t find it. I opened the zip file on Mac with archive utility. Here are the screenshots:
Let me know what can I do to install the theme. I would like to have the theme in addition to the one that I currently have until this one will be ready.

Hi Calin,
I did manage to install the theme, however, I have so many unclear issues. First, the theme is different than the one in the demo. How can I design it similarly to the demo? Can I insert the four posts template at the homepage as it is on the demo? How can I find the video section and insert videos that are displayed on different posts? I get many categories that are not relevant to my site (recipes, lifestyle, etc). I want the theme to synchronized with my data. Another issue that I have is that the posts are displayed randomly and not according to the latest publication. Instagram is not updating, the author box appears in the middle of the homepage, your social icons and weather are not updating.
Please, I will appreciate if you can help me with that, I have traffic on my site so I have to fix these issues as soon as possible.
