Theme Load Problem ( tagDiv Cloud Library )

Hi everyone,

I’m having trouble adding templates when editing pages. Below are two screenshots. Does anyone know what the problem is?

Note: Add-on board and active

Hi,

Check your theme to be the latest version of it, installed via FTP way, check the system status parameters to be increased according to our theme’s requirements from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/, change the PHP version to 7.1 or 7.2, clear all the caches and check the result.

I did what you said but the situation has not changed. What else do I have to do?

Hi,

Did you have edited the .htaccess and add the mod_substitute rules as you can see our theme’s requirements documentation from here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/V7gETwJz88FK Clear all the caches and check the results. If the problem is still there, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com with your log-in information (wp-admin) and Cpanel access so we can further investigate it closer your setup page.
