Maybe your website resources are insufficient, these are the theme requirements

Also if you have high traffic and maybe budget hosting such problems will happen.
Try to optimize the website as best you can, lower the page size, reduce the plugins if possible, fewer ads, also maybe consider using the tagDiv composer instead of Visual composer
