So the issue here is that our changes on the website are not showing to be saved. i have created a video for you to let you know.

This is not an issue from the server as i have contected them first.
The data simply is not getting correctly saved by the theme code when the save button is pressed.
Then the save button is pressed, it looks that the Newspaper theme attemps to save the data via an ajax request, which appears to return “0”. This is usually an indication of a problem during save. However, no additional errors are printed by the request.
This can be tested via the “networking” tab on your browser, when pressing the save button.
This is most likely a bug with the ajax save feature on the theme itself.

Please send us a screenshot of your System Status Tab and make sure that all the requirements are met as you can see here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/ ; You will have to first start looking for a plugin conflict. please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
Also you can try and remove and re-install the tagDiv Composer plugin and please send us a link to your website in order to take a look.
