I just installed Newspaper and I’m having some problems.
1 – I can’t install any of the demos. I just followed the configuration recommended to php.ini e wp-config, but it’s not working.
2 – The images of Newspaper on the worpress dashboard are not appearing.
Can you guys help me?

Please ensure that you have right installed your theme only through FTP because this is the surest method in this case. Please try to make a fresh install, clear all your caches and check the results. Please try to update your theme according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/
Regarding on demos, please notice that could be a problem with the server loading. Please try again later and see how it works.

I’ve installing through FTP and unfortunately it hasn’t work. The problem remain the same as showed on the pictures i’ve uploaded.
I am a disappointed because I’ve bought the newspaper theme 5 months ago and I could not use it yet.
I’m having dificulties on understand what the problem is, so I can fix it (or pay someone to do it)

Please try to disable all the active plugins, leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all your caches and install only the plugins that come bundled with the theme and rule out any conflicting plugins. Also, if your problem is still there after this, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com with your log-in information (wp-admin) so we can further inspect it closer your setup page. Provide there the link of this topic so we can easily identify you.
